Any high populated, low EXP servers?

Looking for a server to play that has low exp rates and a high player base

Any ideas?

we opene a new really oldschool server really low rates you have to do quest when you wanna level up cap is 70
really oldschool means no talka , no stones,only steady astral and immmo : ) u can join if you wanna we are 3 days online and 60+ player online .. yesterday was 100 player online
