Nope, the ones that quit, are impatient, ungrateful children, who leave any server because of the smallest issue instead of sticking with one and being loyal.
I accept the fact that some people don't like our server and play another one for example, sure thing, but I simply hate this dumb server swapping.
In my opinion it is mainly the community's fault that most pservers fail.
After all, each pserver is still a pserver.
Problems happen and will always happen - and it takes some time for the teams to fix them, because they also have a real life and mostly do this only for fun as well.
Even if a server runs smooth and perfect, those people always complain, and will never stop.
It is like that and everyone who is still working on the files knows that, but the sadest fact is that people working on them lose their passion for silkroad day by day, simply because of this community (most of it at least), because people never appreciate your work, no matter what you do.
