Hey. I need a server that should be as following:
1. Cap 100 or 90
2. Not based on activity (and i don't mean trading or such). For example "do battle arena to get arena coins in order to get the last set of items in game"
3. Experience at least 30x and max. 100x
4. Vote for silk would be nice but is not mandatory
5. At least 200~250 people online
6. No over edited things in game and especially no over glowing weapons
7. IP limit up to 3 max
8. No awaken/rebirth system
