There are 4 posts on three pages where u could have read what the reason is:

Sorry for not announcing the downtime but we are now moving to another server in order to bring back stability and to stop all kinds of attacks that have been done to us in the last time (ddos, agentserver exploits etc. etc.)
We hope that we will be back in max.! 1-2days.
Once we go back online royal will also be back and we will work hard to fulfill all the promises that have been made.
