first of all, here is a limit + for items, max is +14. and as far as i know, if u make +15 gm will fix it same day. i was playing here for more than 6 month, and once i saw +15 weapon who was changed to +14 in few hours. and about your +33 items, here is no logic in it

1. yes servers crashing but around 2 times a week. dunno where u get 3-4 time a day, maybe check your connection.

3.as far as i know, gm/ga... are not aloved to log into game on specific events and especialy on guild war.
