Temppath and Dump inside the silkroad folder

Did you add the .exe to Data Execution Program : Right Click My Computer - Properties - Advance System Setting - Advanced - (performance) Click Settings - go to Data Execution Program and add the .exe there.

The server looks good, but you should finish your website. Also i love that the sun are in shops and 10d suns drop is high. And the no captcha its great ( can i ask how did you manage doing that) i haven't seen any server having this .

StringSize is the amount of letters(turn to 0) and Characterset is the chars beein used.

Patch 1.318 notes :

*Purification Pill and Universal Pill stack increased to 10.000
*Pet Recovery Kits stack increased to 10.000
*Added 150% Speed Scroll to all Groceries
*Fixed Forgotten World for lvl 101->110(only 1* for now)
*Changed Entrance level to Alexandria to 70
*Spawn rate doubled in Alexandrian Desert area

Have fun and await for a big update that will happen before Christmas.
