it's a freaking simple fix mate, it got something to do with the ip it connects to.
probably you have any other sro installed and that's why it connects to the wrong ip, nobody else has issues....

ah and as somebody else already said, make sure you start the deviasonline.exe

i still recommend the iptool, easiest fix and yet the best tool to handle multiple sro servers anyways.
