Good System But server have 25-30 online player I think 80 cap server have 100-150+ online pp. Thnx.

Devias Weapons (Seal of Devias/Blood of Devias) have stats of Seal of Moon and can be added every blue like any other 8dg weapon. Their difference is visual and the difficulties of getting one are equal but not achievable through botting..
