yea, because isro never had eu at 80 cap. all the chin only servers are "retro" with skills up to 80 and snow shield etc

Europe was around 80/90 that can still be retro but not with the VSRO files, nothing retro about that pvping with a stupid sword above your head and that **** you'll need the files from the release when europe just came.
