-100% full blue normal Items and accessory and weapons !
- elixes for low money in npc, (keep the alchemy rates normal ! !)
- sos,som,sun items at npc buyable for high gold !
- dont add mobs, gold can be earn only by Thiefing ,Trading,Huntering !!! ( Job rates 50x ~ )

THIS IS A AWESOME SERVER ! Think about it !

So yeah this is just my opinion and if its gonna be 100 or 90 cap weouls be okay but i prefer 80 there are non of then (PVP)

I hope gm is readin it.. cause that idea is just brilliant , fckin many many ppl wants it.. there's server smth like that ,but its not dedicated and not workin for alot time now.. so if u'd do smth like this ( Full blue stats , and normal stats [ The white ones ] is ur choise , i prefer it over 50 % but not higher than 80. )
Som at npc , sun for many BA COINS , or donate ( as insane sro )

EDIT : I Cannot download full client or pk2 right now =/

Cannot download any of the files that are in ur website.. i just click at it , and it keeps loading at 0%.

okay, its just Multiupload and many filehosters are down... i will upload it on my server...
