im turk and any turks are %100 ***** because scammers and insulting more players but i think not blocked turks ip only banned insulting players =/

Well, this is not really my problem, your pservers - your rules, feel free to discuss on a solution. Though this isn't your pserver, so keep the racist comments to a minimum (that goes for both sides).

Think like the owner of a very good private server.What's better for you?A server with let's say about 20 players or 200 turks?More players=more money so no good private server will ban turkish IP because everyone is looking for profit.
