I don't think so that this Server is a fail.
Remember? Every Server started once and they grew up.

Atleast give it a Chance and don't say it's a Fail Server you didn't played it.

Server Cap is 130 -.- Skills are 120 and dude Chinese and Europeans are Overpowered already so be happy -.-

Few problems

1.Str/int/hp/mp tabs are way to rare
2.130 uniques get far to strong after sphinx and sekhmet.I hit 4k on osiris whit sun +5 staff 130 whit lt.
3.A lot of 120+ mob's have far to much hp Wizard whit Lt should be able to kill a mob whit 2 hit's at 130 not 3 or 4 hit's
4.12D drop rate is way low
5.13D element's are far to expensive whit 250m a pack.Should be 25m at most

As i said the Server is New. Give it a bit time and it will grow up like every Server^^

There will be a new Update and for sure some things will be fixed

Hotan isn't bugged i can stay there for 2 Hours without a single Disconnection.
Maybe you only loaded the Media.pk2? If yes , download the whole Client.
