I think a good private server is 90cap with:
-FTW
-FW
-CTF
-All items from item mall with gold at npc
-rate xp&sp 55xor 60x
-drop gold rate 15-20x
-items drop 10x
-sox rate 3x
-job rate 20x(or more)
