100 cap with Sun +7 Fb w/ 80% stats sets,accs @ npc and +10 weapons FB w/ 80% stats
disable elixirs and stones cause it turns into an alchemy server and also disable Wizards warrior buffs (pt buffs and skins) and bards and dont make unique event infront of JG south gate xD anyway just some ideas

and one more thing u should consider:
if u make 8dg server make 270-300 masters
if u make 9dg and 10dg server make 300 masters
cuz i dont wanna see at 8dg CH noobs with almost all masters up to 80...
