Not really , not an epic fail ... the site = an ip and this ip is probably the game's ip (epic fail if it isn't lol ) , if the ip is off then the site is off so the image wont show up and if it didn't it means that the server's off since the ip would be on if the game's on ....

but maybe cuse they changed the IP it epically fails and it's always on lol ..

It i just, that we have been given multiple warnings from Yo123, that it is ridiculous how much spam there is going on about EliteSRO, and that we need to stop with it.
