silkroad private server !!!

hello , this is my first thread asking help ,
get bored playing silkroad , i tried private servers 2 , so
here what i want you to help me in , i want to make my own private server = just only me , i want to test the game from the inside

So i tried (SSE) but no good i couldnt make it work
i got newest version of silkroad client and i wont download old one
and that's all i want ,

oh , so sorry but all i want s simple
i have the newest version of silkroad which is (1.285) and i want to use a emulator ( anyone ) but i do not want (and i will not ) download large files as (old sro client) , so i ask you if there's an emulator can work fine with my client version ?
