Question Help me please with my own PServer

Hello all
I want to make my own Private Server but when I follow the tutorials from: Vpegas andthat other guy (Nice tut btw.). I get always a error: Please Execute SRO_Client!

And i don't know what i have to do. So my question was: Can someon help me with my Silkroad Private Server.

Please can someon help me
