Greetings Epvper mods.
Hello, I am Legendary.
I am currently a [GM] for a top ranked Dekaron private server. As our sponsors may be interested in expanding it's game database, I would like to research exactly what it is our [DEV] team would need to do in order to set up a silkroad online private server.
Servers and Bandwidth are not a problem. However, I seem to be having trouble finding information as to client use and packaging as well as all the server files we would require in order to accomplish this.
If there are any [MODS] out there experienced in this matter and would not mind conversing with me on this subject, I would greatly appreciate it.

what server is it then? 
correction: your team is no "DEV" team. because DEV means Developer!
and the only thing that's possible to do on dekaron server is to implement the stuff that the korean beta-servers have. so i presume it's more a csv-editing issue then actually developing 
anyways.l.. to straight-you-up : There are no working leaked server files for you to download! if you're so known in the dekaron private server scene, you guys should know about private servers from different games. and you should know that there aren't any complete files out there.

thats the only thing you can do if you want a very nice, bugless server.
another thing you could try is to get some informations about the files of zszc or swsro and buy their's, but as you see, they are pretty bugged too xd

Correct yourself again, the leaked server files work. The only thing that needs work is the database.

no database = no working server = not working server files!
working server files = a package that includes EVERYTHING to run the server!
no correction needed on that one!
