Question ZSZC error! PLEASE HELP!

hi,

I am getting realy ****** now
i just cant play zszc!

ok this my error:

I start silkroad, i login on my char... loading the screen and when i am in the city .. my silkroad just suddenly close!

i cant solve this error!
and much people say only one simple **** answer: yes many people have this problem idk what to do!

omg! please give an solution for me which so i can solve ,! please i want to play so badly!

reinstall sro and make sure u patch. go on sroinfo.com
