Problem with SWSRO1

I moved from HT to DW and when I got to the PVP area the game crashed.
and everytime I choose my Char and press START the game crashes before i can even see the char=\

I tried different users and chars and its all the same..


its been 5 hours I cant log in.

What can I do?
