Spear Hybrid

I am thinking about making a Spear Hybrid but I'm not sure what would be the best way to train him. Let's say each level I get 3 points how shall I use them and stuff? Suggestions Please will thank you.
I am trying to make the char for leveling because European are quite bad since you have to wait for 15 seconds to heal again...

spear hybrid 1;7. i think its the best hybrid build. so that means each 7 int points ,you put 1 str.
