i asked that question alot of times and got no replay! since the time they forbit cracks the forums sucks a lot! well but what ever go to cpg u may find what u need!

lawsuit=epvpers domain suspension
anyone involved with cracks can be sued(take lolkop as example)
and silkroads only hack/tool/bot forums will be other communities that will have same fate if posting cracks
