At this time in moment there is no private silkroad servers that are higher than thirty times.
You could play a EMU server that has higher rates other than that no. You could always host your own EMU server. But I wouldn't suggest it unless you go buy lyzerks source and update it yourself if you know how to code. Because all the emu's out right now are like 25% done I would say maybe less. Its fun if you and a couple friends are just playing but it can get boring after a little while.
