[Silk Charge Problem]

There´s just no option called "Walliecard"..
The Thing is that i can charge silks by Walliecard with another account on joymax >_>
can any1 help me to solve the problem?

aite,
so well for example i log on with my account "Xample#1" on the joymax.com/silkroad - webpage,
then i just click silk charge and accept the conditions.
next i see the payment options & of them is "Prepaid Card" and in the same row there´s the payment method "Wallie-card"

Now i log on with another account "Xample#2" on the joymax.com/silkroad-webpage,
click silk charge again and then there´s no Option called "Wallie-card"

firstly, this is a problem you need to contact joymax with... there is no solution if they remove a specific payment

if your silks isnt in your account by tomorrow, i strongly you charge back or contact them asap
