ZSZC Runtime Error (gfxfilemanager.dll while patching)

Hello.

I've downloaded ZSZC client through torrent (I think that was from this site) and I've got a problem with patching it.

I have extracted patch files (ZSZCpatch1.681.exe and silkroad.exe) to SRO directory and when I'm running patch file, I'm getting this error (before, i've had same error on 1.680 patch):


And then, after clicking "OK" next window says, that Windows (i'm using XP) was having problems with running this application. On detailed report page there is a "Modname: gfxfilemanager.dll Modversion: 1.0.0.7 (I've got correct)".

Also if I run SRO without patching via silkroad.exe from 1.681 patch rar I'm getting error with text: "Patching has not completed. Error[2]." , and if I run it without overwriting silkroad.exe, I'm getting error without any text.
I've tried to download and overwrite GFXFileManager.dll but it haven't fixed the problem.
