How to make screenshots be saved at other folder

Every time i have to format my PC i loose all my screenshots T_T how can i make tyo save em in other folder automatically

copy them from sro folder to another folder.. if you fromatting arent you gonna lose them anyways unless you upload them to somewhere.

I have my hard disk partitioned so i won't lose them everytime i format if y move em but almost always i have to format the windows i can't copy the screens
