Download the client(what the server support), download the loader(what the server support), enter the ip to the loader(of the server) and start to play.

Don't forget about the hamachi. Most of servers posted here are hosted using Hamachi [some kind of VPN network] and you won't be able to connect untill you're connected with server owner's network in Hamachi.
