Which level to 9 gap at?

Well, I'm a full str bow, and I calculated that I need 2,300,000 SP for ff 120.. what level should I 9gap at? 7-16, 16-25, 25-34 etc?

to be honest - as high level as possible.. less people on spots and on higher level u usually have some better items to kill faster with

yeh at high lvls its better, but you can farm a little bit, at low lvls, maybe like 30k, and maybe some 200k at eddimus or something, the rest at 104...

Dude every 78+ spot is full, impossible to farm then.

First farm @ nachals till you are ff and than 104++ because of sos items....maybe it takes a bit longer but than you can drop nice items and can alrdy do pvp etc ^_^
