No char info on db-bot! sometimes proxy lost

Please can someone finally tell how to fix problem with that, bot can't see my char... sometimes I getting proxy lost problem... please tell me what to do

Q: The bot doesnt read my char!
A: Open the sro-db.bot-loader, then close, then open again..

Q: The bot doesn't read my sklls!
A: You have a attack pet or grab pet, put on storage and try again.
A2: Maybe you have an quest, cancel and try again.

And for the proxy it happen to me sometime but next time use shearch button
And press thanx if it helped

all time same problem... I did it... :/ can u tell me point by point how to do all? cuz I can't belive that it not work....
