Turn off hamachi.

had same problem, change compatibility settings remove the mark that says run this program compatible to in the srproxy. Right click srproxy >> properties >> compatibility tab >> run this program compatible to (remove mark) . and then run program as administrator, if it didn't work ignore the error bot may open.

change listen port to 15778 ,bot to 9000 and if you didnt change it and still there's a problem then the problem a tool is connected to that port try restarting your pc

but when i shut down my pc
and opend it again some hours
got the mesg again
