No one going to apply to be any of that if they can easily make their own server that is probably better than yours in someones opinion. You are just going to recruit inexperirenced people for the jobs because those are the only people on this forum who will actually take this seriously and sign up. + You dont need a bunch of people because you will have no one on your server. + You can do it yourself easily. Unless your server fills up with 100 ppl (which it wont), then all you would need it like one more staff member. The servers are supposed to be made for fun. Not to spam this forum with..
