Its just not possible to fix the stall bug.
Maybe you noticed that P-servers like swsro has already a good coding experience. All they can do is only rising max lv cap. Nothing more.
I doubt they can fix the stall bug like they (or only users) announced it.
If we ever see fixed bugs in p-servers, trust me, we will fix it too.
But right now its not possible for us.
If i would send you our gameserver you could not fix it. hooking dll, assembling - whatever. You never saw the file running and dont know how the file work. Test a bit on leaked jsro files, they got also a gameserver.exe .
You can inform us if you know how to fix it there.

Swsro - Not Lagging ( or else you got lame *** computer , i'm not lagging and i'm on 24/7 ) , he got globals and other silk items , Max Cap 120 mob max lvl 109 , botting is allowed ( FTW )
ZSZC - not lagging , globals , max cap 100 max mob 98 , botting not allowed , all the lame dork people sit and kill mobs like lifeless people... ( Fail Server )
