Requesting the new ip for zszc water, If anyone can post it here please i would be very happy

Already tried it and it leads to ZSZC FIRE

But it's correct IP, I turned ZSZC by Launcher, set Water and checked in console (netstat -n).
I've got same problem as you, I'm waiting to someone who will make it right and clearly

So simple and already done it, The srproxy is useless btw, u can connect to fire without it.
