Current WIP of a DownloadServer PoC for a Silkroad Online emulator. I will have a set of tools for Compression, Decompression, and creating "patch" packages. With this toolkit, emu projects will be able to easily distribute patches for their servers, eliminating the need to redistribute files manually.
In addition, I will be creating a new PK2 editing tool based on these concepts. My original PK2Tools used the GFXFileManager.dll, but this approach will be a lot more versatile and should work for any Silkroad version.
A release should be coming "soon" in the next couple of weeks. I will probably post on elitepvpers, so checkout that fine site!
