Getting serverfiles is almost impossible.
You need very good contact to server owners and you need to be reliable.
No p-server one whant that the files become public.
Im sure that swsro, sjsro and mysro will never sell them for any money.
Also ZSZC will never sell it.
Can you tell us what kind of knowledge needed to operate a server. I'm not thinkin about hosting, but to edit database and server files and stuff. I guess you need to know some programing languages and stuff, right?

Thats bullshit. No one would be that dumb to release that files to public. Why?
Because server files are copyrighted by Joymax. So if someone would release to public then that someone would face some serious lawsuits.
If I'm right: same happened to odinms when they made their maple story private server stuff public.
How Joymax will trace him ? =) The nickname and the dynamic IP or proxy is protecting you. And anyway... they won't go so far (ip tracing bla bla bla). If somebody releases those files a lot of servers will appear... JoyMax will start suing them all? Be serious. Cabal Online didn't, Perfect World didn't ... nobody did.
Trust me, it's easy to track person isp even he/she behinds proxies w/ dynamic ip.
ok, im using my laptop, hiding my MAC address, then using a wireless internet to upload files, that hotspot is miles form my home, yeah right is easy to track me

hey when it comes to the files going public is up to us the players if we all decide not to donate to any of the p servers if no 1 is making money files become almost worthless they will try to find another way to make money with the files by selling it to individuals that want to run their own server.

Dident paid for any pserver since longtime ago (1.5 year maybe?)
if everyone decides to do same thing server owners will be in trouble with the low income (hight host costs) and they will end up selling thier files
But this is almost impossible with sro cominuty i mean most players are kids.
all u need is a billion $ and u can buy all online games .................... no really i don't know but i guess that u will need at least 80000$ to make ur own server and u need good relation ship with the servers owners i think (don't know) to get server files
