Spear nuker skillung (ZSZC Sro)

hi all,
may you can help me, because i dont know a good build for spear nuker in many guides i see Fire/heuks 100 light 32 Ice 68 or fire/heuks 100 light 34 ice 66 or fire/heuks 100 light 40 ice 60 ( this one was not popular) and i ask u what is the best build of this three or do u may have a better build?? pls give a statement for your choice and maybe pro´s and con´s.
ps: all 3 build are on 9:1 int.

Lighting Skills Nuk and Buff to mag Attack are better than ***** Fire 100lvl

you should making 100lv Heuksal/Cold/Light or Bicheon/Cold/Lighting

the fire nukes are stronger, arent they??
