First run it sql file with mysql after that you can run that exe with admin.(I never use csremu before so i only know that)

Türkçe:arkadaşım önce sql dosyasını mysql ile aç hemen ardından o hata aldığın dosyayı sağ tıklayıp yönetici olarak çalıştır büyük ihtimalle çalışacaktır.(Daha önce csremu kullanmadım ondan dolayı diğer kullandığım sremulardan örnek veriyorum)
