Need Help SRO Private Server

Hi , i am sorry for bothering some of you , and hmm i am pretty dumb for this.. Well i have a problem , there is a lot of sro private servers but i cant get 1 to work and be running good , or even register can some1 give me a website link to register anything for a private server.. i need full download-registered and that you can connect to the servers , i am not sure if some of you understand me , i just need a fully working sro private server with register-open and u can be able to get in game.

Also,let me tell you that only 1 server with free and open reg is SJSRO.
Next "advantage" of SJSRO is that it's lagged and reg is opened randomly.

Second server,MYSRO is free too,but reg is closed.
Lagged too.

ZSZC server - ????

SWSRO1 & 2 - reg opened all the time,5$ per acc,lags not so often
