Bugged skills swsro (heuksal)

Hi,
I know soul spear soul doesn't work anymore above lvl 6 and lightning bird spear isn't working either.
But i was wondering will the last book work celestial cloud spear or else it is just a waste of sp?
Is there any media.pk2 that fixes one of those problems? ( using V3 of king li but nog helping)
