an error in sea Emulator

i got this error when i start to play from other pc in the server ..



this error i got it when i attac in the secound mob from the other pc !!
can any one help me i try many times put the same problem

Ur rates or ur damage is too high, ot maybe u put up something, wheather ur inventory is full

who can help me whit this problem? if i start up my sea_nulled_1.0.3 it says Component 'COMCTL3N.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid
