Skill slot not saving skills

My skills on the skill slot are not being save, every time I log out and log out the skill slot will be wipe and I have to put all the skills on the slots again over and over. Any idea how to solve this problem? please help!! so tired putting back the skills every time I play.

1.did you delete any file to get less lags (thay say on epvp)
if you did download the game agen

Delete all files in "settings" folder...

Nope, none help, Still not saving the skills on the skill slots...What am I missing? i keep on setting the skills on skill slots every time i log in dammmm so tiring...

Delete too "skillcfg" ?

As suggested just remove everything in the folder (Dont delete the folder, make sure the setting folder is still there.) When I deleted my setting folder, it didnt make a new one to save settings hence it didnt save my skills.
