Needing help urgently!

Alright, so I log onto my account, click my character and start. No errors or anything, the loading bar doesn't even go and it closes the program. I'm running windows 7 pro, bitdefender anti virus. Any ideas? Please.

Also I'm playing swsro when it happens. My other character on the account works, but the main does that thing.

folder DUMP / RD delete all
folder setting delete only files have char name
