Csremu problem

So, if i posted in the wrong section i'm sorry.
I have a problem with csremu, i've done everything in the tutorial, but i still have the gameserver, loginserver, usermanager crash.

Here is screen:


My info: Windows 7 ultimate / 32bit*. I have lastest framework, i'vé tried everything. If someone can help me, thx.
I will wait for an answer..
