You guys should pick option 2 "Bring back mod queue", this will stop bboy12 from posting infected bots/files in future lol.

and those who picked no 1 "Stay like this":
1. Don't give a **** about newbies who don't know how to scan infected file ( selfish bastards.. )
2. Unpatient/lazy to wait mods approval for posted file.

In case of Keyloggers(BackDoor or others). But in case of "harmful" viruses, an infraction is Enough.

I guess they are just trying to scam with such files or they are like you said in the 2 point.
