Question please for the experts Developers Server protection :

We have opened a server in the beta everything was very good a period beta was 2 weeks the server is working perfectly

At the grand opening in two hours we got lag and most of the players they got DC and at the same time vps not login after that in two minutes vps login good But the problem persisted LAG & DC , This problem occurred for two days

The developer who works with us he said The cause of the problem
'' DDos attack '' And another time said '' Firewall is turned off " and he said the problem is solved
and we lost a number of players After that the server worked fine

-We were using VPS OVH & Filter Maxiguard

The questions is here
-What's causing the problem LAG & DC ?
-Is this problem actually caused by it DDos attack and Firewall is turned off As he said developer ?

Might be ovh service center have issue with it just ask them kindly otherwise it is not possible. if you added some spots also check it can make bug

I asked already ovh they told me there no problem with vps also i don't added any spots new

There no more lag & dc, after the developer check Firewall was is turned off but is this problem actually caused by it DDos attack and Firewall is turned off as he said developer ?
