Test Server or Vsro Files ?!:bandit:

Does someone of you know a Privat Test Server where i can try Items i did Design (changed Skins and upscaled some).
The Second Solution would be someone know's where to get the Vsro Files for a Privat Server Hosting.
My Project is to Upscale the entire Silkroad Textures to 2-4x Resolution and i want to check the Textures Ingame !

Atm i try these things at a Pserver but my gold is not enough to try any of the Items and some cost Silk.
