1) Go to Start> Run> Write down regedit and press OK.
2a) navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Joymax\Silkroad and look for a key named Path.
2b) If you have no key named Path, create a String Value key named Path.
3) double click that key and enter your Silkroad's directory path.
4) Launch Silkroad and use the scroll again.

no that wont work ive tried all of that.. its a server bug! i lost 250m already for both guild and union emblem..and it keeps failing... some says that the emblem will work if the server is restarted/easy.. and be sure your swsro folder is in you program files drive C.. so ill be waiting for the server restart

back in the day i found a pack containing 10k emblems it was full of duplicates
and it was 24x24 pixel 256 color
I have deleted all duplicates, Converted them all to 16x16 24b
and added some emblems
