SWSRO guild emblem question

SWSRO guild emblem question
Guys i made the guild emblem registration but nothing happened. I did the same like in isro...
Whats the problem?

1) Go to Start> Run> Write down regedit and press OK.
2a) navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Joymax\Silkroad and look for a key named Path.
2b) If you have no key named Path, create a String Value key named Path.
3) double click that key and enter your Silkroad's directory path.
4) Launch Silkroad and use the scroll again.

LOL 30m? as far as i know the guild emblem scrolls were like 500k or so?

on swsro it's 30m , so i lost today it too 
cuz I used this scroll and nothing happened >.>.

no that wont work ive tried all of that.. its a server bug! i lost 250m already for both guild and union emblem..and it keeps failing... some says that the emblem will work if the server is restarted/easy.. and be sure your swsro folder is in you program files drive C.. so ill be waiting for the server restart

You can add a guild emblem as long as it is 16x16 pixel 24b color
back in the day i found a pack containing 10k emblems it was full of duplicates
and it was 24x24 pixel 256 color
I have deleted all duplicates, Converted them all to 16x16 24b
and added some emblems
How To Use:
1 - Choose the suitable Emblem.
