RSro Char name

Hey guys.. I have a real issue here: I can't make RSro valid names (except for number names which don't work cuz i get banned almost immediately).. tried everything here and it still doesn't work... Anyone of you has any other suggestions?

You have to use Cyrillic alphabet in making names otherwise it will be invalid.
If you are using XP follow these steps :
