SWSRO help please

Hi all! My English is bad.
At SWSRO1 When you enter a character in Hotan, hp is not updated and a second 30 flies dc.
Client again download. Tried on different characters.
Did character 1 lvl, arrived in Hotan runs properly, restart - again, no load.
Reinstalled windows, did not help
This lag observed only in hotan and side karakoram. When I go under the character immediately lag, people and npc no. If I try to go, my friends see.
But I'm standing on the spot.
The other servers everything works fine.
Help me please. Possible answer to a simple handy, because my English is very bad.

maybe you have low ram and in hotan is laggly ? try to close all programs who ping your pc
