a Question Regarding Filter/SRO Commands

So basically i am trying to build a feature to allow players to teleport them selfies in the same position, that can be used to get the new gears (auto equipment) so they don't have to back to town.

I have searched a lot for a command to do such a job, but i can't find it so far.
So how you experts do it? what command can be used for such a job?!

I would like to also take your opinion on something.
I have some C# skills, should i start creating my own filter, or just rent a professional one?

This can be done from gameserver side, you can use jellybitz's source addon
